Operators & supervisors
Manage your operator account, zones, agents, permits, and violations at the operator dashboard:
Sign in with the email address your account was provisioned under. If you don’t have an account yet, contact your operator administrator or email support@nfors.ai.
Field agents (mobile app)
The nfors Agent app on iOS and Android is invite-only. Your operator administrator creates your agent profile and assigns zones; you receive a sign-in invite at the phone number they register for you. To sign in:
- Open the nfors Agent app and tap Continue.
- Enter the phone number your operator registered for you.
- Enter the 6-digit verification code we text to that number.
If you don’t receive the code, double-check the phone number (E.164 format, e.g. +15551234567) and that you have cell service. Still stuck? Email support@nfors.ai with your phone number and operator name.
Deleting your agent account. Open the More tab in the app and choose Delete Account, or email support@nfors.ai with the phone number on the account. Because agents are operator-invited, deletion is processed after your operator confirms the request — usually within one business day.
Parkers (got a parking charge?)
If you received a parking charge notice and want to look it up, pay it, or dispute it, you’re in the wrong place — this site is for the operators who issued the charge. Use your operator’s parker portal instead:
Your charge notice (mailed letter or windshield ticket) includes a QR code and a direct URL that takes you to the right operator portal. If you can’t find it, search parkingcharge.ai/lookup by your license plate.
For dispute or refund questions, contact the operator directly using the phone number or email shown on your notice — they’re the merchant of record for the charge. The parkingcharge.ai portal also surfaces the operator’s contact information on the lookup page for every charge.
Bug reports & feature requests
Email support@nfors.ai with as much detail as you can — what you were doing, what happened, what you expected, and (for the mobile app) the device and OS version. Screenshots help.
